• A very good place to start is the “Activity” button in the left top navigation menue.

  This will show you a list of all your activities and gives you the possibility to post your own infos.

• To see a list of groups just click on the corresponding menue item on the left top.
• You can navigate through all your options by selecting the desired option in the drop down menue on the top menue bar.
